At QC we like sharing recipes of food that we LOVE making. Today’s dish of choice is this delicious yoghurt desert… we hope you enjoy making it as much as we adore eating it!


  • 1 cup cream
  • ½ cup castor sugar
  • ½ tsp gelatin powder
  • 1 cup yoghurt



  • Heat the cream up with the castor sugar in a small pot
  • Once the sugar has dissolved take it off the heat
  • Dissolve the Gelatine in a ¼ cup cold water, let it gel
  • Then stir it in to the warm cream and sugar mixture
  • Stir in the yoghurt
  • Place into little ramekins or glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours till set
  • Serve with fresh berries, or berry coulis
